About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated recent graduate to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry and record keeping
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduate)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic experience in accounting or bookkeeping are welcome
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
